Reviews and Ratings
My recent stay at Sophia Hotel in Cartagena had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, right near several historic sites, which made exploring the city easy and enjoyable. However, my experience was marred by a lack of hot water during the entire three-day stay. While the rooftop pool and bar offered stunning views of the city, the noise levels from events were quite disruptive. Overall, I found quality in certain aspects, but certain services did not meet my expectations.
I enjoyed the lovely location of the Sophia Hotel, nestled within the vibrant walled city, with great views of Plaza de la Aduana. The room was spacious and comfortable, enhancing my overall experience. However, the breakfast left much to be desired, and the pool area was smaller than expected. While the staff was friendly and accommodating, the lack of proper maintenance in some areas was disappointing.
I had a good stay at Sophia Hotel, with really good service and a fantastic location. The rooftop pool was great for unwinding and had a stunning view, though access was restricted on one occasion due to a private event. Overall, the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were great, but I did have some issues with the darkness of my junior suite and noise disturbances during the night.
My stay at the Sophia Hotel was really good overall. The staff was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, making me feel at home. However, the breakfast could use some improvement, as it didn't quite meet the high standard set by the rest of my experience.
My stay at Sophia Hotel was quite nice. The location was absolutely perfect, right in the heart of the Walled City, making it easy to explore. While the service was generally warm and friendly, there were a few hiccups, especially regarding the breakfast and the poolside service. Overall, it was a solid experience, though there’s room for improvement.
